Nexus is a private company that provides Security and Administrative services, and besides safety and security training and intellectual advice in various fields of work, and was established in April 2023 based on the Ethiopian Commercial and labor Law. The company wishes to employ a qualified marketing officer for its Power Security service. BASIC RESPONSIBILITIES: Responsible for planning and coordinating for all marketing strategies and activities within the company. Oversees the marketing department and provides direction and feedback on major projects. Makes key decisions regarding product distribution, budgeting, branding, and sales. A field marketing representative is responsible for driving brand awareness through on-site, face-to-face interaction with clients. Field marketers are liaisons between company and s clients. as they provide valuable information about services to clients. Their duties include completing market research to identify target audience demographics or reviewing previously successful marketing campaigns, working as part of a team to accomplish tasks by set deadlines and making adjustments throughout marketing campaigns to achieve better engagement from clients. Job Requirements MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: In order to be considered for this position, applicants must possess the following minimum qualifications. EDUCATION: Bachelor’s degree Or Diploma in Marketing Management/ English language, or other relevant discipline coupled with Training or Learning & Development or other relevant certifications is required. EXPERIENCE: Minimum of three years solid work experience for Degree holders and 5 years fir Diploma in marketing activities is required.
